Stroller Strides®

Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute boot-camp style workout incorporates power walking or jogging and strength and toning exercises. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. They weave songs, activities and movements throughout class to keep the kiddos entertained. Classes are offered Monday through Saturday mornings at various locations in NW and NE Portland. Your first class is always FREE!

Body Back®

Body Back® is a results-based workout. Originally designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago, this program is now available to ALL women. Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back® clients experience targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with founder Lisa Druxman's Mama Wants Her Body Back meal plan and workout DVDs, moms have a surefire combination for success.

What Does Body Back® Include?

  • 2 Workouts per week in a small group format
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back Meal Plan and Food Diary
  • Before and After fitness assessments and measurements
  • Online coaching and support
  • Mama Wants Her Body Back workout DVD and other at home workouts

The workouts have been clinically proven in a university research study to help moms lose the weight and return to their pre-baby body composition and confidence. Moms all over the country are achieving results that they never dreamed possible.

If you're interested in learning more about the program, come to one of our Saturday morning Body Back Boost classes to experience a workout first hand, speak with women who have experienced the program first hand and get any questions answered.

Body Back® Boost

Body Back® Boost classes include targeted high-intensity workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. Each 55-minute HIIT-format workout class ends with a mind-clearing meditation to get your MomME time in! This class is done without kids, so please plan accordingly.

This class is open to women in current Body Back sessions, those from previous sessions and those who have never done a Body Back session! First class is always FREE, and then single class and multiple class pack options are available. Please note, we use free weights, rather than resistance bands, during Boost workouts.

FIT4MOM® Mom's Club!

We are excited to be expanding out involvement with our FIT4MOM Club (previously Plum Organics Mom's Club). We are more than just a workout class. We offer play dates, mom's nights out, opportunities to give back to the community, and other annual special events! Keep posted for updates on our plans for our up-and-coming mom's club events!
