BODY BACK® TRANSFORMATION is back and better than ever!

Mama, it's time to get your Body Back. Actually, scratch that. Get yourself back.

Our specially-trained coaches will take you on an 8-week journey to reach your fullest potential. Our meal plans, workouts, accountability and assessments are proven by university-backed studies to shed fat, increase strength and endurance, tone muscle and improve energy. But more than that--we're moms, too. We understand your challenges and we can help you overcome them.

Whether you want to lose weight, get toned, or just do something good for your body and your mind, our coaches will help you meet your specific goals in a supportive and inspiring environment.

What does Body Back® Transformation include?

  • 2 small group high intensity interval workouts (HIIT) per week
  • Before & after fitness assessments and measurements

This class is for women only, no children. It is recommended that you be at least 4 months postpartum before beginning this program. You do not need to be a mom to sign up!

Classes meet 2 times per week. You must be able to attend both classes to enroll. Space is limited to 12 participants. A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. Balance is due 1 week before session start. To pay deposit please email

Cancelation Policy

Purchase of a Body Back session is non-refundable and non-transferrable. If you are unable to make a class your instructor will provide an at home workout. If space allows you may take up to 2 make up classes during the same session. Make ups are no charge if completed at another class of a full 8-week session. Makeups done at BOOST classes are subject to a $5 fee.

Body Back is not intended for pregnant women. If you become pregnant at any point during your session, please notify your instructor.



Experience High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) total-body workouts that challenge even the elite athlete. Our safe and effective workouts address the body of the postnatal woman, whether she had her baby six months ago or 20 years ago. Body Back Membership is recommended for women who have completed at least one 8-week Body Back Transformation session.

Body Back Membership Options

  • Monthly Membership | $89/month (3 month minimum)
  • 10 Class Pack | $145
  • FIT4MOM Premium Membership (Body Back & Stroller Strides) | $120

Body Back Memberships include Body Back Membership classes and Saturday Boost classes. Class packs can be used for any of our FIT4MOM classes. All Body Back membership options have a 1x Registration fee of $75, which includes a red resistance band and new member bag.
