Stroller Strides® is a stroller-based fitness program designed for moms with little ones. Each 60-minute boot-camp style workout incorporates power walking or jogging and strength and toning exercises. Certified fitness instructors offer a variety of fun class formats both indoors and outdoors. They weave songs, activities and movements throughout class to keep the kiddos entertained.
Classes are offered Monday through Saturday mornings at various locations in NW Portland & Bethany. Your first class is always FREE!

*Saturday classes are run as our FIT4MOM Boost class - a kid-optional, higher intensity workout (though always modifiable!)
*Classes move to our indoor locations November through March
