Fit4baby - Thursdays at 7:00pm

Located adjacent to the main entrance of Friendly House, the Brentano Gym is a wonderful space for our Fit4Baby classes. It is the "old" gym of the community center.

Brentano Gym's entrance is just south of Friendly House's main entrance (to the left when looking at the main entrance's pillars). Go up the stairs to the gym. (The entrance is located right in front of the "10 minute parking" signs)

Bethany Presbyterian is in the heart of Bethany. Just .75 miles north of Bethany Village, it offers a full gym space, plus outdoor options!

We will meet in the gym, which is on the back side of the property. From Bethany Village area, take Bethany Blvd north to 4 way stop. Take a left on Springville Rd. The church is directly on right. Take the SECOND entrance into the church (into larger parking lot, past the main building). The large building in front of you is the gym! You can park in main parking lot or drive down gravel drive and park on left hand side. We will enter for classes through the double doors on the left back side of the gym. more

Body Back - Wed & Fri at 5:30am

Body Back classes are held at Leedy Grange October - April. Outdoor classes are held at Sunset High School

Join us the last Wednesday of each month during the summer months for a Stroller Strides class at the ZOO! Please note class time is 9:15am, and we meet out front the gates at 9:00am to enter as a group. No zoo membership is required.

Fit 4 Mom Cedar Mill offers Stroller Strides, Body Back and Stroller Barre in Northwest and Northeast Portland

Stroller Strides is the premier stroller fitness class. With your little one(s) ages 5 weeks to 5 years, in the stroller you will get a full body cardio and strength training workout. You'll meet other parents from your neighborhood and get in the best shape of your life! Classes accommodate all fitness levels.

Body Back is an 8 week total body make over. Small group, intense trainings twice weekly, personalized diet and nutrition focus and before and after fitness assessments with measurements are what make Body Back truly life changing.

Stroller Barre pulls from ballet, Pilates and other barre methods while incorporating pre- and post-natal fitness training. Using isometric training techniques, Stroller Barre is a full body workout in which the stroller is used as a barre, for resistance and balance.
