St. Patrick's Church offers us a large community space for our indoor Stroller Strides classes in NW Portland. Dress in layers, on nice days we may pop outside for stations!
You are welcome to park in St. Patrick's Church. Class will be held in the fellow ship hall. The entrance is between the entrance to the main chapel and the church offices (located in house). Look for our Fit4mom Sign!
The beautiful, historic neighborhood of Brewery Blocks is home to the Portland Athleta store. The location is easily accessible by all the cool transportation options, like tons of transit stops (the Portland Streetcar weaves through here to the popular Pearl District), Flexcar rentals, bike commuter lanes plus we even offer parking validation with purchase. Sightsee all the sustainable development and then unwind at one of our free fitness classes, from Zumba to yoga to our run club. We can’t wait to meet you!

Fit 4 Mom Cedar Mill offers Stroller Strides, Body Back and Stroller Barre in Northwest and Northeast Portland
Stroller Strides is the premier stroller fitness class. With your little one(s) ages 5 weeks to 5 years, in the stroller you will get a full body cardio and strength training workout. You'll meet other parents from your neighborhood and get in the best shape of your life! Classes accommodate all fitness levels.
Body Back is an 8 week total body make over. Small group, intense trainings twice weekly, personalized diet and nutrition focus and before and after fitness assessments with measurements are what make Body Back truly life changing.
Stroller Barre pulls from ballet, Pilates and other barre methods while incorporating pre- and post-natal fitness training. Using isometric training techniques, Stroller Barre is a full body workout in which the stroller is used as a barre, for resistance and balance.
