Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. It focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy! This is a great workout for recently pregnant moms, recently post-partum moms, and moms with stroller-aged kids who prefer a lower-impact workout.

Stroller Barre is offered:

  • Bethany Presbyterian Church - Tuesdays at 9:30am
  • Friendly House - specialty classes 1x month
